Shipping and Return Policies

Supplying Products.

1. You must ensure that the details of the product and the shipping address entered by the User are
accurate. The Website will have no liability in the event that an order was negligent including in
an event that the User has filled incorrect shipping details, quantities or mistaken-ordered
products.
2. Upon completing Your order and receiving confirmation, the product will be sent to a physical
address as provided in the Website.
3. The delivery will be shipped usually within 2-10 business days from the day after confirming
Your order. Business days – not including Friday, Saturday, holidays and holiday eves. Shipping
costs shall be added to the total amount offered by the website.
4. The delivery will be shipped with a shipping company which provides services to the Website,
The Website will have no responsibility for products once sent for delivery.
5. The Website will not be liable in case of a delay in the delivery of products which do not result
from the Website’s actions including in case of a wrong address provided by the User, actions of
other providers, no availability, force majeure or any other cause not controlled by the Website.
Furthermore, the Website will have no liability for any problems of the shipping services, or any
other problem caused by the delivery service not controlled by the Website.
6. Shipping will be made from an existing stock of the provider according to shipping times
mentioned in the Website. Days of supplying will start from the day after receiving order
confirmation. However, there may be delays since shipping time depends on the product’s
availability and the shipping service.
7. Distribution is made according to shipping areas designated by the shipping company which
provides services to the Website. The User must ensure prior to ordering that it is possible to
provide the order to the requested physical address, and in case of any doubt the User must
address the Website prior to its order.
8. In case the delivery services do not provide shipping to your address or in case You are requested
to pay a special fee, the Staff will notify You and You will be required to pay such special fee
unless decided otherwise by the Staff, and should You refuse to pay such fee then
You will be able to cancel Your order.

Cancelling Orders and Return Policy

1. Purchasing products and services and cancelling purchases through the Website is made with
accordance to Consumer Protection Law-1981 and the remaining applicable laws.
2. It is not possible to cancel an order which includes several items with respect to each item
separately. Cancellation of an order will be made for the entire order.
3. Cancelling an order prior to the delivery will be made by email to the Website or at the “contact
us” form in the Website. The cancellation request will include the order details and the User
details. Requests without these details will not be handled and will not be deemed as a
cancellation request. In such case the order amount will be refunded to the User’s account at the
same payment method the User paid with.
4. It is clarified that products made by personal request including products which are tailored-made
are products which according to any applicable law cannot be returned.
5. Please note all items noted as final sale are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of
delivery time for national orders.
6. International purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. We currently do not accept exchanges or
returns for international customers at this time unless cancelling or replacing is due to a defective
product, or a item that delivered by mistake in size, colour or item style. If you have any

7. The website reserves its right to cancel an order (even after sending confirmation) for different
reasons including due to an error in the details and price of the product or in case that a product
cannot be supplied by the supplier and in case the user will violate the terms. A notice of
cancellation will be sent to the user’s email.
8. Upon receiving Your order, it is possible to cancel Your order within 14 days via email which will
include the details of the order and the User. Upon cancellation the User will be refunded subject
to a cancellation fee of 5% of the order or 100 NIS, the lower of both, and provided that the User
will return the product in its original package to an address provided by the Website and defect-
free without derogating from any other right that the Website may have.
9. The User is requested to detail via email the reason for cancellation or replacement of the product.
10. Without derogating from the above, according to any applicable law it is not possible to cancel an
order of goods which may be copied and/or goods that the consumer has opened their original
package, therefore returning or cancelling order of products which their package was opened is
not possible.
9. The Website undertakes to provide products of high quality. The User must check the product
upon receiving the product and must report to the Website immediately upon finding any defect
or mismatch no alter than 24 hours from receiving the product.
10. The Website, at its sole discretion, will fix the defect or mismatch or alternatively replace the.
product with a new one only after the Website or anyone in its behalf will receive the defective
product.
11. It is clarified that in case of cancelling or replacing – the shipping costs will be paid by the User
unless cancelling or replacing is due to a defective product.
